Responsibilities:
1、Assisting with project management tasks, including creating and updating project plans and documentation
2、Supporting APAC operation team for IT communication with APAC store and local service desks
3、Coordinating with vendors for hardware and software procurement and support
4、Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations
5、Assisting with the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware such as PCs, 6、printers, barcode printers, barcode scanners, and iPhones

Requirements:
1、Bachelor degree and above
2、At least 3 days a week and lasts for 3 months
3、Good in oral and written English
4、Skilled in Windows and MacOS
