Warburg Pincus Recruiting: Intern Financial Services Team
Job Description

This is a six to twelve month internship structured to develop your industry research, team working and communication skills in Warburg Pincus China. You will work closely with our investment professionals to gain first-hand experience of the whole investment process. This role will be based in Shanghai.

Major Responsibilities
oConduct industry research and due diligence on potential investment projects.
oPerform early leads screening expert call and data analysis.
oAssist in composing investment memorandums, other deal deliverables and follow-up support.

Key Requirements
oCandidates with return offer from PE firms or investment banks, and who are in fourth year of college or first year of grad school are highly preferred.
oFluent in written and oral English and Chinese.
oPassionate about investment, strong interest in financial services sector and commitment to gaining exposure.
oStrong financial modeling and analysis capabilities.
oIndependent thinking, solid research skills and can effectively cooperate with others.
oProactive, detailed oriented and strong resistance to pressure.
