工作职责：
1.负责新产品开发和本地化项目的装配工艺设计和实施；
2.对产品装配生产进行技术支持，负责装配工艺编制，装配工装和非标测试设备的设计并持续改进，不断引进和实施新技术；
3.对所负责产品进行在线质量控制，分析出现的问题，并实施相关纠正措施；
4.研究生产工时，确保合理的生产效率；
5.对装配员工进行培训。

任职要求：
1.机械类相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2.工业产品装配工艺、机械结构设计相关工作经验优先；有本地化生产的项目经验或非标工装和设备设计经验优先；考虑2024年优秀毕业生。
3.熟练使用CAD软件；
