Job Title: Intern – Airfreight
Reporting to: Supervisor – Airfreight
Position Accountabilities
1. 根据客户的要求，及时满足客户需求，反馈货物运输状态。
2. 协调各部门的联系，监督货物运输过程；协助客户解决突发异常事项，跟踪解决客户的紧急要求。
3. 实时跟踪货物运输状况，如：紧急订单，延时订单，及时向客户反馈信息。
4. 根据客户要求出具对账单并协助客户对账工作
5. 根据公司指引及政策开具发票及公司间往来业务发票
6. 为团队提供后备支持
7. 协助团队主管执行分配的工作
Skills Required
1. 在校本科实习期学生，商务英语、国际贸易、物流类相关专业优先；
2. 英语要求：四级以上，读写流畅
3. 学习能力强，沟通能力强，逻辑思维能力强
4. 实习6个月以上，2026届应届生优先
