Job Deion:We are seeking an Academic Research Assistant and Researcher to support our academic research in the field of "AI Literacy." The "AI Literacy" initiative focuses on studying how individuals andganizations globally should establish and enhance AI literacy. This includes tracking the latest research findings within the academic community and providing our unique perspectives and methodologies. The primary responsibilities include collecting,ganizing, and analyzing the latest academic materials in the target field, especially academic papers and published works, to provide valuable insights and support for our research and writing. Key Responsibilities:Academic Material Organization:1.Collect andganize all relevant and latest academic papers and publications in the target field.2.Systematically archive and manage academic materials to ensure traceability and ease of use.Academic Paper Summarization:1.Extract and summarize key points from a vast number of academic papers, distilling core viewpoints and main arguments.2.Write concise paper summaries for quick understanding and reference.Viewpoint Discussion and Refinement:1.Conduct in-depth analysis of viewpoints in academic papers, discussing their feasibility and applicability.2.Identify and refine viewpoints and theoretical s that can be used for writing.Knowledge Card Compilation:1.Based on academic papers and research materials, compile high-quality academic knowledge cards.2.Ensure content is accurate, concise, and effectively conveys complex academic concepts.Independent Research Work:1.Conduct independent academic material search, collection, andganization d on given tasks.2.Adjust research methods and focus d on research needs and guidance, delivering high-quality work results.Research Project Management:1.Collaborate well with global academic institutions and universities, independently leading annual research projects.2.Design academic research topics with an end-goal perspective, independently lead and deliver high-quality research projects d on research needs.Other Related Work:1.Assist in completing other related academic research tasks.2.Participate in team discussions and project coordination, providing professional opinions and support.Position Requirements:1.Doctorate Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Educational Technology, Psychology, Education, Human Resources, Management Science, a related field.2.Strong academic research skills, proficient in academic paper writing and interpretation techniques.3.Proficient in using various academic datas and tools, with exceptional information retrieval and data analysis skills.4.Serious work ethic, emotionally stable, with excellent habits for deep work, and outstanding time management and intrinsic motivation.5.Excellent communication and writing skills, capable of writing high-quality academic reports and documents.6.Team p with the ability to collaborate closely with other colleagues to drive project progress.7.Experience in publishing multiple academic papers and publications is preferred.8.Experience in independently leadingganizational research with a significant sample size is preferred.9.Experience in book publishing and promotion is preferred.10.Proficiency in using Zotero is preferred.11.Unique insights into the use and development of large models are preferred.12.Native-level English reading and writing skills are preferred.Outstanding PhD and Master's graduates are welcome to apply for this position.
