The intern will integrate the “Shaft Line Product Department”.

The intern will be in charge to follow manufacturing operation to assess the operation duration.
61 Plan data collection with production supervisor
61 Perform onsite measurement of operation time in workshop (Represent 80% of the internship activities)
61 Summarize the results
61 Present the results to product manager and production manager
61 Identify issues and potential improvement axis
61 Drive improvement actions (if opportunity)
The intern must respect the company’s HSE policy. (Health, Safety and Environment)

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 岗位要求 & 资格：
General :
61 Mechanics or Industrial / Manufacturing engineering background
61 5-6 months internship

Technical skills :
61 Excel, database skills, macro, programming.
61 Manufacturing process knowledge
61 CAD skills (CAXA software)

Soft skills :
61 Data analysis skills
61 Project management skills
61 Good communication skills in production environment (regular contact with workshop operators)
