岗位职责：
1、负责塑胶制品的设计和开发，包括塑胶零件、模具和工艺等。
2、熟悉塑胶材料的选择和配方设计，确保生产过程控制能滿足产品的质量和性能要求。
3、设计和优化塑胶制品和模具的结构，提高产品过程稳定定性和生产效益。
4、根据产品的外形结构设计合适的自动化设备减少人手作业。
5、推广自动化和数据化生产作业环境。
6、跟踪塑胶市场的最新发展和趋势，提出创新的塑胶解决方案。
7、协助工作团队解决塑胶相关的技术和质量问题。
8、参与塑胶制品的样品制作和测试，评估产品的可行性和适用性。
9、编写和维护塑胶制品的技术文档和报告。

任职要求：
1、硕士学位，塑料工程、材料科学或相关专业背景。
2、对塑胶制品的设计和开发有深入的理解和研究。
3、具备塑胶材料选择和配方设计的能力。
4、熟悉常见的塑胶制造工艺和模具设计。
5、熟悉运用3D绘图软件
6、具备良好的问题解决能力和团队合作精神。
7、具备良好的沟通和组织能力，能够清晰地表达和记录设计方案。
