岗位职责：
1、负责材料生产过程的监督和管理，确保生产计划的顺利执行。
2、负责材料配方的制定和优化，以提高产品质量和生产效率。
613、协调与供应商的合作，确保材料的供应和交付及时可靠。
4、跟踪生产数据和指标，分析生产过程中的问题并提出改进措施。
5、协助解决生产过程中的技术问题，确保生产线的正常运行。
6、编写和维护生产相关的工艺文件和操作规程。

任职要求：
1、硕士学位，材料科学、化学工程或相关专业背景。
2、对材料生产工艺和流程有深入的理解和研究。
3、具备材料配方和生产工艺优化的能力。
4、熟悉材料生产设备的操作和维护。
5、具备良好的问题解决能力和团队合作精神。
6、具备良好的沟通和组织能力，能够与供应商和团队有效合作。
7、对生产数据和指标的分析和解读有一定的经验。
