岗位职责

1、渠道管理：参与渠道商准入、准出、评估等系列规则制定过程，从目标设定、过程跟进、风险控制、运营机制几方面，对渠道商建立事前、事中、事后的全面管理体系；
2、商考核策略：参与渠道商定价、考核、结算等策略模块，通过市场研究、经营数据分析等方式，分析合作商存在的问题，持续进行改善和优化；

岗位基本要求

1、本科或研究生在读，每周可到岗时间5天，至少实习3个月
2、英语可作为工作语言交流
3、工作认真细致，勤奋踏实，有高度责任心，具有较强的沟通表达能力优先
4、积极主动，执行能力强，有较强的主动学习能力和逻辑思考能力
