61 To maintain and update the database of HR system on regular basis.
61 To handle the contractual HR Expenses reimbursement (flight, housing,
living allowance. And keep reimbursement data in HR system up to date.
61 To coordinator with School Medical Scheme.
61 To coordinator with SCB bank scheme.
61 To assist with administrative duties in annual performance review/ contract
renewal/ addendum etc..
61 To provide data to other team members when necessary.
61 To coordinate with local insurance provider for local staff medical
insurance reimbursement (monthly).
61 Any other special job tasks as designated by line manager.
Qualifications:
61 Bachelor Degree in relevant subject (or equivalent).
61 Good understanding and reasonable knowledge of employment law stipulations.
61 Strong communication skill in English.
61 IT skills.
