Job Description:
· Responsible for new package solution study to meet customer and consumer needs
· Closely work with initiative leader and project manager to work out the fit for use solution
· Lead the package innovation and process qualification
· Develop and manage all primary, secondary and tertiary packaging materials’ specifications
· Lead package material saving projects and line qualification
· Support production line and material supplier quality improvement
· Ensure and supervise the packaging safety and compliance requirement for the factory
Qualifications:
· Proficient in package material
· Strong leadership on leading material qualification and delivery with team
· Good collaboration and communication skills
· Chemical engineering and material science background are preferred
