1根据生产计划，负责制定物料需求计划，定期向国内/国外供应商发放必要的月、周及日计划等信息并保存要货记录，确保供应商及时接收需求信息
Based on production plan, responsible for material requirement plan , regularly release the order such as the monthly, weekly and daily plan to the domestic/foreign suppliers and shall maintain records to the goods, ensure that the supplier receives the demand information in time

2根据生产需求，负责跟踪更新所订零件的安全库存量，确保整体原材料库存控制在合理水平；对下市物料和工程变更所产生的报废物料，控制在合理范围，避免OBS及额外运费产生
According to the production requirements, responsible for tracking and updating the safety stocks of parts , ensure raw material inventory in a reasonable level; control the scrap material produced by engineering change in a reasonable range, prevent OBS and extra freight occurring.

3项目初期根据项目信息，支持分析零件运输成本并建立标准运输方式，量产后持续跟踪优化运输；在近、远途的货物承运中，及时了解物资的运输状态，掌握和传递各种可能发生的变化信息，跟踪货物的运输状态及供应商到货情况，协调相关部门人员解决到货问题，并形成和保存异常情况记录（电子及书面）
In project early, according to the project information, support analysis parts transportation cost and establish the standard mode of transportation, after mass production tracking and keeping optimization of transport; timely understand the status of cargo transport, and transmit all kinds of information, tracking the arrival state of the goods , coordinate related department personnel to solve the problem of the arrival of the goods, and keep records of anomalies (electronic and paper)

4新项目初期，支持评估SSOW中物料相关模块内容及新项目物料包装，进入PV阶段，结合BOS流程要求，完成先期相关资料（PFEP基础信息、新增物料清单等）交接，确保所负责的物料按时发布和到达，确保新项目成功投产；
In the early stage of new projects, support assessment for SSOW related material content and new projects import packaging module, and after stepped into the stage of PV, combined with the BOS process requirements to complete handover for related information (PFEP basic information, the new bom, etc.), make sure the materials release and arrive on time, to ensure the success of the new project put into mass production.

5A）负责和总部沟通，在总部给定包装技术、包装设计范畴内进行确认供应商的包装方案是否符合工厂及客户的需求，并得到批准。Responsible for coordinate with HQ and confirm the supplier’s packaging to meet our plant and customer requirement, and get approved.
B）负责生产性物料包装过程管理、维修管理及包装持续优化，降低整体包装费用。Responsible for package process management，mainteinance management and continous improvement, reduce total package cost.
C）建立与实施物流技术（包装、工位器具、物流设备）与运输方案融合、员工操作的效率提升，负责对包装操作者进行包装培训。Build integrated packaging system solutions to improve tranportation and work efficiency, responsible for package training to operator.

6根据现有车型及新增车型，负责制订MBOM评审计划，并定期组织生产、工程等部门实施MBOM评审，保证MBOM的有效性，并负责管理及维护零件主数据，协调跟踪工程变更的实施和切换。
Responsbile for MBOM review together with production, engineering department, ensure the MBOM is valided and updatest, maintain material master data, coordinate engineering change issue.

7根据物料经理指派，成为物料SDT成员并管理新项目PV之前的物料需求，在途跟踪及进出库存消耗,根据项目团队给出的新项目相关信息。主导完成新项目物料运作相关报价如包装费、运费等。Designated by Materials Manager to be Materals SDT and manage materals demand before PV , including PR submit , materials in transit tracking and materials in and out from warehouse. lead new program quotation related with materials operation, such as package cost, freight , etc.

8根据AMS要求，支持推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新、服务、解决方案和流程，提高供应链竞争力和客户满意度
To follow up AMS requirements, support continuous improvement activities and encourage innovation, services, solutions and processes to improve supply chain competitiveness and customer satisfaction.

9严格执行环境健康安全管理体系文件规定，保障安全生产，控制环境污染及安全预防；
遵守工作指导书或培训中定义的一切健康安全与环境的要求；
发生事故及时向直接主管、HSE 汇报事故和紧急事件;
通知主管其所知的那些可能对安道拓员工、资产或是公众有负面影响的 HSE的相关情况
