Job Description

· Project Leader for Artwork Projects: Manage Artwork Critical Path Schedule, lead end-to-end artwork development process, facilitate artwork Multi-Functional Team to address issues and manage artwork changes.

· Artwork Copy Expert: Lead artwork copy validation, transition and approval.

· Inhouse develops simple artwork with the capability of Artwork Direct to Print

· Deliver all artwork development and copy through system and standardized artwork process

· Work collaboratively with Artwork Agency and provide first level support to resolve issues and remove barriers.

· Lead Artwork Pillars such as Quality Control, Process & System Improvement, etc.

Qualifications

· Business-oriented, strong ownership and pro-activeness

· Able to manage a certain level of complexity with simultaneously manages multiple projects and POAs that may be at different stage in the project life cycle.

· Excellent collaboration and communication skill

· Able to lead multifunctional team work, driving decision, resolving issues.

· Strong learning capability, learn fast and can reapply the learnings to the real work
