About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and sourcing candidates through various job portals. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Interview Scheduling:
61Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
61Manage and update interview calendars, ensuring timely communication with all parties involved.
61Send interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications to candidates.

Candidate Sourcing:
61Utilize job portals to identify and source potential candidates for open positions.
61Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on the job requirements.
61Maintain and update candidate databases and pipelines.

Qualifications:
61Currently pursuing a degree in university.
61Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
