Main work responsibilities:
1) VAT related tasks:
61 Issue and distribute VAT invoices to customers for different channels monthly.
61 Handle various disputes related to VAT timely
61 SAP billing and gold tax reconciliation monthly, other monthly closing related
61 Return settlement
2) Sales discount management:
61 Summarize sales discount data and allocate to cross function departments (finance & sales) monthly to ensure the accuracy of sales revenue
61 Assurance the accuracy of discount and double confirm with business team
61 SAP/BMS/system upload for discount ：根据销售实际情况上传
3) Credit Limit and incoming control, data/material checking, tracking for mgmt. ref. Naked credit control for SP/MSP channel requires once manual approved. Monthly monitor the Naked credit limit for SP/MSP channel once closing
4) Other accounting or project support
61 J-SOX internal audit supporting files sorting and others external audit information gathering – 内外审半年一次，资料的准备等
61 BMS system optimization project by OTC side
61 Other treasury and OTC related project support once need
