职位概述
This position is responsible for assisting sales team in daily work.

岗位职责
1. Prepare sales quotation and inquiry; 30%
2. Follow up sales project schedule input the forms; 20%
3. Communication with Sales, clients and Engineers about some urgent things; 20%
4. Responsible for co-license follow up; 5%
5. Prepare sales reports, sales meeting and meeting minutes; 5%
6. Prepare seminar and biz activities; 5%
7. Collect marketing message feedback to sales manager; 5%
8. Documentation management; 5%
9. Be independence follow up the Key Account and good relation with clients. 5%

任职条件
1. College degree or above;
2. Good understanding and fulfillment to working related targets, standards, policies, procedures and instructions;
3. Respect and safeguard company’s image, reputation and benefit;
4. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and strong teamwork spirit;
5. Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure;
6. Good computer skill;
7. Good command of English;
8. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs and business trip as required;
