Job Summary:
- Work with the service center team remotely for FAPIAO service delivery.
- Responsible for FAPIAO printing and adjustment.
- Smooth the billing process to ensure the revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities
1. Daily monitoring on the whole billing process from the commercial invoices to FAPIAO printing. Ensure a smooth customer journey at the invoicing stage and secure the downstream process regarding collection.
2. Print negative FAPIAO following the amendment of commercial invoices manually.
3. Periodic analysis on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis on the invoice services offered by port finance and Share Service Center (SSC).
4. Build up an efficient communication channel between the front line (including customer services, sales, and operation team) and back office (SSC billing team and documentation team) to prevent hiccups of customer experience.
5. Monthly KPI monitor and follow up the improvement of SSC Chongqing.
6. Follow up the new revenue items to be created for new service type and put the invoicing process in place by coordinating with upstream and SSC to ensure good execution and avoid the loophole in the revenue cycle.
7. Identify the bottleneck and constraint of current process/systems. Take initiative and cooperate with the IT team for system enhancement, improvement, and innovation.

Required Experience & Skills
1. Bachelor's degree or above student in school
2. Majored in Accounting, Finance, Economics
3. Strong analysis skill, Strong communication skill
4. English and Mandarin.
5. Be good at office software - Word / Excel / PPT etc.
