The Analytical Testing Specialist will be responsible for :
- Fully compliance with all company policies, including safety, control, data integrity, etc.
- Sample delivery, preparation and testing, ensure data accuracy, traceability and appropriate data analysis .
- Close collaborating with process/product/application development engineers and research scientists on problem solving and trouble shooting to support R&D work.
- New equipment/operating procedure/test method set up.
- Equipment maintenance, including but not limited to periodical calibration, preventative maintenance, trouble shooting, regular communication with suppliers, etc.
- Attending global analytical testing network to share best practice and technical learnings.

This role will have the following knowledge and competencies requirement:

Knowledge:
- B.S or M.Sc in Chemistry, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, etc; Polymer or revenant majors preferred.
- Knowledgeable on polymer chemistry, polymer physics and materials characterization.
- Familiar with a wide range of analytical testing equipment and materials characterization;Polymer related characterization, especially GPC/Rheology related experience preferred.
- Preferred to having experience on equipment selection, installation and commissioning and (new) procedure/test method set up.
- Data quality control knowledge preferred.
- Experience in Risk Assessment & Management/Chemical Management preferred.

- Communicates effectively at all levels, from operation technician, technology peers to upper management.
- Prepares concise briefing presentations and technical reports. Delivers them with confidence and conviction.
- Strong logic thinking and good problem solving skills.
- Be able to read and write report in English and communicate in English orally.

Typical work activities for an Analytical Testing Specialist include:
- 8-hour work on weekdays.
- Conduct analytical testing and data analysis to meet R&D needs .
- Set up new equipment, development new procedure and test method to meet biz needs.
- Effectively communicate with cross functional team on trouble shooting.
- Participate in global analytical testing network to share the best practice and learnings from daily testing and R&D support.
- Write technical reports to summarize learnings from daily testing and R&D activities.
- Conduct training for technology team on analytical testing.
- Ensure proper data quality control in compliance with company requirement.
- Keep good chemical management and maintain good housekeeping of equipment and consumables. 公司简要介绍：
