职位描述：
1、协助部门日常行政事务，部门物品的管理及采购，会议的安排及记录等；
2、协助部门相关信息的收集、统计及数据库维护及完善；
3、协助部门内部各种文件、资料的整理及保管，协助制作部门相关文档及表单；
4、协助部门之间的联络、沟通、协调、配合等工作。

任职要求：
1、本科，25/26届仅实习的在校生，每周可以保证至少出勤3天，稳定性强；
2、能够使用office、EXCEL等办公软件；
3、工作细致、认真、有责任心，较强的沟通协调以及语言表达能力；
4、有较强的学习能力和执行力，对数据较敏感；
5、人力资源/心理学/统计/数学/计算机/经济/管理学等专业优先。 公司简要介绍：
