Job Summary
The purchasing specialist is responsible for supporting the logistics and supply chain operations by coordinating shipping and receiving activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring efficient workflow in the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking shipments and handling discrepancies.

Shipping and Receiving: Prepare shipping documents, schedule shipments, and coordinate with carriers. Receive and inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity.

Data Entry: Enter and update orders and logistics data in the company's database and ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.

Communication: Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues related to shipping and inventory.

Documentation: Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is completed accurately and filed appropriately.

Compliance: Adhere to company policies and legal regulations regarding shipping and receiving processes.

Assistance: Provide support to the order management team in daily operations and assist with special projects as needed.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in logistics or related field preferred.

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is an advantage.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Familiarity with logistics software and systems.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Mandarin and English.
