负责所缺物料的及时补充，并对辖下物料同供应商谈判价格
供应商按时交货率、成本和服务的持续改善
协助质量部门处理供应商日常来料不良，督促供应商及时替换良品
供应商付款申请，并协调财务及时安排到期账款的付款
协助整理部门资料和数据
