Introduction:
Our Business Analytics and Insights Team uses data to inform strategic decisions in our e-commerce operations. As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about and contribute to BI projects, gaining experience in translating data into business insights.

Key Responsibilities:
Join our team in Shenzhen as an intern and support our Business Intelligence Associates in their daily tasks. As an intern, you will:
1. Assist in creating and maintaining BI dashboards and reports for e-commerce operations across multiple platforms.
2. Support the implementation of KPI tracking systems across different platforms.
3. Help conduct market intelligence analysis for product and marketing strategies.
4. Assist in optimizing website analytics for improved conversion rates.
5. Support the development of predictive models for pricing and sales forecasting.
6. Help in testing and quality assurance of BI solutions within the ERP/Information system.
7. Contribute to the documentation of BI processes and best practices.
8. Collaborate with team members on BI projects and tasks.
Qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
1. Education:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration with a focus on analytics, Economics, Statistics, or Computer Science with a business minor.
2. Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Basic knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Basic proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
3. Language Skills:
- Strong English reading and communication skills, with a minimum requirement of CET 6.
4. Soft Skills:
- Interest in e-commerce and data-driven business strategies.
- Zeal for learning and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- High level of motivation and firm commitment to professional ethics.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Independent and innovative mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Familiarity with Python-based data visualization libraries.
2. Eagerness to learn Python for information processing and BI workflows.
Compensation and Perks:
1. Mode: A full-time internship, 5 working days per week, excluding national statutory holidays.
2. Duration: Minimum 3 months, with the possibility of extension to 6 months based on performance.
3. Insurance: Full medical and accidental insurance coverage from day one.
4. Compensation: Daily stipend of RMB 220, calculated based on actual working days.
5. Variable Pay: Additional variable pay may be awarded at management's discretion for excellent performance.
