We are looking for a project assistant to help with managing research projects and research groups.

Duties and Responsibilities????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
1.?Manage daily tasks of the lab and research group, including consumables and equipment procurement, etc.
2.?Assist project leaders with finance reimbursement, visitor reception, operations, meeting organization, document circulation and data collection, etc.
3.?Undertake other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the superior.

Required Job Specifications????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Required qualification: bachelor degree or above from an internationally recognized university.
Required work experience: preferably in an educational institution or international company setting.
Required Job Competencies????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Proficient in English and Chinese.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to work in an international, cross-cultural work environment.
Responsible, cautious, patient and willing to take initiatives.
Good Microsoft Office skills, especially PowerPoint.
