Your Responsibility

-Admin Related 行政相关
Responsible for visitors’ guidance 负责接待访客，做好登记引导工作
Ensure timely and accurate daily calls transfer 负责日常接转电话，确保及时准确
Responsible for company express receiving, distribution and delivery 负责公司快递，信件和包裹的收发
Responsible for conference room booking and company car arrangement 负责公司会议室预订及车辆安排
Manage office suppliers’ purchasing, registration and inventor 负责办公用品采购，领用，盘点。做好出入库登记
Cooperate IT dept. to do maintenance of office equipment 配合IT做好办公设备的使用维护和易耗品管理工作
Coordinate office activities like team building and annual party 协助部门负责人组织公司团建, 年会等活动
Assist head of other department to complete work 协助其他部门负责人完成工作



We Expect
College degree or above, English Major is preferred. 专业不限，大专或本科学历，英文专业优先考虑
Familiar with office software（Word, Excel, PPT) 熟练使用MS Word, Excel, PPT等办公软件
Fluent in both Mandarin and English 普通话流利，英语熟练
Strong sense of responsibilities, good team worker 责任心强，具备良好的团队合作能力
Strong affinity, good communication skills 具有亲和力和良好的沟通协调能力
Relevant in freight forwarding or logistics industry work experience and under 26 years-old will be given priority 有国际货运行业工作经验，26岁以下优先考虑
