1）作为产品设计图纸负责人员，负责提供非标准化设备的初步设计、详细设计、车间生产加工制作图纸设计、现场施工图设计，包括反应器、换热器、洗涤塔类设备、储气柜、搅拌传动装置、机械设备等。
2)负责项目所需专利设备总装配图、车间加工图纸和壳体施工图纸的设计、校对工作，确保项目运作过程所需相关文件的完整准确。
3）根据项目工艺原理和流程，进行静设备结构计算和罐体设计工作。
4）校对相关设备设计文件；指导现场进行设备制作和安装工作。
5)完成设备专业的标准化及业务建设。
6）承担公司范围内的产品开发和设备设计培训工作。负责产品开发过程中形成工艺参数，CFD模拟计算、SOLIDWORKS/CAD图纸，结构计算等详细的设备描述文件。
7）根据项目要求，完成相关设计规范及标准文档资料的归类整理工作。
8）公司专有图纸管理及专利设备的系列化的维护工作，其涉及的产品范围见附件。
