Job Description：
* Associates gain knowledge and skills through practical, technical and
managerial training.
* Associates usually carry out roles in various functions, divisions and
geographical regions of the company.
* The associate will learn functional and technical aspects of our business,
as well as general leadership skills.
* The program consists of 18-24 month rotations in different functions and
divisions of Avery Dennison. Projects vary with the current business needs and
utilize Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologies.
Qualifications：
* Bachelor’s Degree in manufacturing, engineering, logistics/supply chain
management, or related discipline
* GPA of 3.0 or higher.
* Highly motivated and creative thinker
* Effectively communicates at all levels of the organization
* Works effectively in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
* Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
* Sets and achieves challenging goals for self and projects
* Works independently
* Willingness to relocate every 18-24 months into different businesses and
locations.
* May be required to be fluent in a second language.
