岗位概述：
专注于蓝莓地采收环节的食品安全检查工作，确保采收过程中蓝莓的品质和安全符合标准，为市场提供优质、安全的蓝莓产品，确保我们送出的果子符合卓莓体系的食品安全标准。
工作职责：
1. 采收现场监督
- 亲临蓝莓采收现场，检查采摘工具的清洁度和卫生状况，防止交叉污染。
- 监督采摘人员的操作规范，确保采摘过程中不损伤蓝莓果实，减少微生物污染的风险。
- 检查采收区域的环境卫生，包括周边的杂草清理、垃圾处理等情况。
2. 品质把控
- 对采收的蓝莓进行随机抽样检查，评估果实的成熟度、外观完整性和新鲜度。
- 检查是否***虫害果、破损果混入采收批次中，及时剔除不合格果实。
- 确保采收的蓝莓符合公司的品质标准和食品安全要求。
3. 运输环节检查
- 监督蓝莓从采收现场到储存地点的运输过程，检查运输工具的卫生和保鲜措施。
- 确保运输过程中蓝莓不受温度、湿度等因素的不良影响，保持其品质和安全。
4. 记录与报告
- 详细记录采收环节的食品安全检查情况，包括发现的问题、采取的措施和整改结果。
- 及时向上级领导和相关部门报告食品安全隐患和问题，提出改进建议。
5. 培训与指导
- 对采摘人员进行食品安全知识培训，提高他们的卫生意识和操作规范。
- 为采收团队提供食品安全方面的指导和支持，共同保障蓝莓的品质和安全。
6. 对外沟通
跟进卓莓食品安全的检查，与检查人员保持良好的沟通关系，对他们提出的意见及时进行整改，保证我们的食品安全检查分数处于高分水平。
