负责处理应用部门的日常办公室事务，包括但不限于会议记录、会议室预定、报告模板整理及办公室日常维护
1.Take detailed and accurate notes during meetings and distribute minutes to relevant parties.
在会议期间做详细且准确的记录，并将会议记录分发给相关人员
2.Manage and coordinate the scheduling of conference rooms for meetings and events.
管理和协调会议室的预订，为会议和活动安排时间
3.Maintain and update report templates to ensure they are current and accessible.
维护和更新报告模板，确保其最新并易于访问
4.Oversee the general upkeep and maintenance of the office, ensuring a clean and functional workspace.
监督办公室的一般维护，确保工作环境的清洁和功能齐全
5.Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, ensuring messages are relayed promptly and accurately.
作为内外部沟通的联系人，确保信息及时且准确地传达
6.Assist in the planning and execution of office events, meetings, and other departmental activities.
协助计划和执行办公室活动、会议及其他部门活动
7.Organize and manage departmental documents, ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.
组织和管理部门文件，确保妥善归档和便捷检索
8.Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.
根据业务需要，完成直属经理安排的其它工作.

任职要求：
1.College degree or above专科或以上学历
2.Proficiency in English英语熟练，英语六级或同等 以上优先考虑
3.Good communication skills, able to communicate and convince internal fellows
良好的沟通技巧，能够有效的内部沟通
4. Related experience are preferred
有相关经验优先
5. Proficiency in office software
熟练掌握办公软件
