【工作内容】
- 投身生产一线，参与生产流程优化，提高生产效率和产品质量；
- 协助进行设备维护、故障排查及改善建议；
- 组织相关部门对生产现场的问题进行分析与改善；
- 协助生产经理进行数据汇总与报告；
- 负责新员工入职培训及团队建设活动；
- 协调各部门之间的沟通，确保生产计划顺利执行；
- 上级安排的其他任务。
【任职要求】
- 学历：本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、材料科学等相关专业；
- 吃苦耐劳，具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力；
- 熟悉生产管理理论，有相关实习或工作经验者优先；
- 对新技术、新工艺具有强烈的学习热情和好奇心；
- 能接受加班；
