作为客户服务专员，将负责处理一系列关键任务，包括但不限于文件审核、数据分析、业务数据维护、清关文件处理、产品信息搜集与系统更新，以及客户销售平台的照片审核等。通过您的专业技能和细致的工作，确保客户满意度和业务流程的高效运作。
【岗位职责】
1.文件审核与数据分析： 审核文件数据，进行有效分析，确保数据的准确性和完整性。
2.业务数据维护： 维护ERP系统中的业务数据，确保所有信息的准确性和时效性。
3.清关文件处理： 处理订单靠港后的清关文件，确保流程的顺畅和合规性。
4.产品信息管理： 搜集和处理产品信息资料，及时更新系统信息，保持数据的实时性和准确性。
5.产品图片审核： 审核客户销售平台上的照片，确保其有效性并符合客户的要求。
6.客户服务： 完成客户交代的其他事宜，提供优质的客户服务体验。
【任职资格】
1. 熟练使用Office软件
2. 英语CET-6以上，可以流利沟通和读写
3. 沟通能力和执行能力较强
4. 实习生岗位，欢迎大学生
