通过系统学习和专业培训，协助店铺经理完成部门员工的日常管理及培训、顾客服务、店铺陈列、营运成本控制目标；并协助公司确保公司的各项制度和流程的全面贯彻执行。


【任职要求】
1、2025年应届毕业生
2、具备良好的沟通,领导和执行能力
3、能承受一定的工作压力，具有较强的顾客服务意识。
4、顺利通过考核后，毕业可留任为店铺副经理。


【工作时间】根据店铺排班早中班，每月综合工时167-200小时。
【薪资福利】根据实际工作时间按24元/小时结算，带薪年假、交通津贴等
