Tax Leadership Development Program (税务管培生）

Your Role:
Aptiv’s Tax Leadership Development Program (TLDP) is a rotational program
aimed at developing Aptiv’s tax leaders of the future. Participants in the
program will rotate through 3 assignments, each lasting 12 months. Each
assignment will be in a different area of tax with at least one as an
international assignment. TLDP provides the participants with a wide breadth of
experience into functions across the tax organization, including but not
limited to:

61 Tax Accounting & Reporting
61 Transfer Pricing
61 Strategic and M&A Tax
61 VAT
61 Customs & Trade
61 Pillar 2 Compliance
61 Tax Controversy & Planning

Unlike most professional service firms and corporate in-house tax
departments, you will see and learn to manage complex projects from the initial
assessment, to design, execution, and through initial reporting. When managing
these complex projects, you will not only grow technically, but gain invaluable
skills in the ability to align with business units and cross functional teams
throughout Aptiv’s global organization as well as outside advisors from both
leading law firms and accounting firms. Therefore, you will develop exceptional
communication and interpersonal skills which will enhance your marketability
and make you highly sought after. Due to the value Aptiv places on tax
globally, the unmatched visibility you will have will not only position you for
upward movement within tax, but potentially outside of tax in corporate
finance, FP&A, treasury, gov’t affairs and trade. Sky’s the limit at Aptiv!!!

Your Background:
61 Graduates and final year students majoring in Tax, Finance, Accounting,
Economics or Law.
61 Practical experience, such as an internship, in a broadly relevant field in
is advantageous.
61 Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
61 A passion for, and interest in Tax.
61 Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to
meet deadlines.
61 Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
61 Flexible, adaptable and geographically mobile.
61 Leadership capability – campus or other organization leadership experience
ideal.
61 Ambitious candidates interested in leadership career path.
