1、负责公司国外市场的销售服务、收集相关销售市场信息。
2、贯彻落实公司制定的价格及策略，进行新产品的国外市场推广。
3、协助外贸销售人员处理有关产品生产、运输、质量等方面的客户投诉；
4、协助外贸销售人员跟踪内部生产、订单协调、货物跟踪等事项。
5、 构架和维护公司的 B2B、B2C 商务平台，及时更新 B2B、B2C 网站中的产品信息，及供应信息。
6、 协助开发和维护客户关系，现有客户关系维护：及时和客户进行交流，记录并反馈客户意见，建立和完善客户档案，并负责跟进销售账款，协调与客户之间的关系
7、适时对重点客户制定相应的促销和优惠政策，并提供一定程度的广宣支持，塑造良好的企业和品牌形象。
8、在国外的重要节假日里，需发送电子贺卡以示问候。
9、及时向客户提供我司最新产品信息和产品目录，案例分享。
10、新客户开发：通过展会、网络、走访市场及其他途径努力收集竞争对手信息，当地市场信息，协助开拓市场，寻找新的客源。
11、协助公司英文网站和说明书的翻译和管理，及其它产品、销售需要的其它翻译类工作。
12、积极完成上级交代的其他各项工作。负责行政公文、会议纪要、信息报送等工作；
13、提交月度业务汇总和年度总结
14、偶尔进行国内国外出差
15、负责公司品牌和产品在 facebook 、youtube、、linkedin 等国外论坛、博客的网络推广和维护工作;融入相关 fb 群组进行品牌推广。
