岗位职责：
1. 收集培训市场及客户信息，电话挖掘、交流关键联系人，维护新老客户关系；
2. 根据公开课计划，进行培训课程的推广工作；
3. 参与线上、线下市场活动的邀约推广及后期需求跟进；
4. 联络企业的HR/培训负责人，沟通培训需求，签订公开课采购合同；
5. 承接客户电话或对培训产品和方案的咨询，敏锐判断销售线索，及时将线索记录系统，及时跟进；
6. 完成领导安排的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1. 专科及以上学历，熟练使用办公软件
2. 具有较强的目标意识、自我内驱力强、乐于学习、自信、有成就动机
3. 积极开朗、乐于沟通与分享，具有良好的人际敏感度
4. 乐于服务、乐于团队合作、乐于思考、思维敏锐
