To support the SHEQ Manager for developing and maintaining the SHE management for Chinco. This includes the VTBA policies, ISO compliance, site and individual initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain documentation, records, and procedures in accordance with ISO 14001,45001, and VTBA management systems in support of the facilities' licenses, certation's and audits.
2. Gather, maintain, and report information necessary for all regulartory and VTBA requirements including OSHA, IDEM, and sustainability.
3. Gather information, maintain, and coordinate reporting for KPIs and metrics fors local and divisional reports.
4. Support the manager in Nexus SHE incidents, injury, and accident investigation to insure appropriate corrective actions are identified. May also perform audits to confirm implementation.
5.Order and maintain safety supplies for the facility. Stock First Aide Stations and coordinate any outside suppliers in support of safety, recycling, and sustainability efforts.
6. Cooridinates training such as Forklift, Crane, and OSHA requirements. Maintain training and certifications.
7. Coordinate inspection and maintenance for annual crane inspections, crane maintenance, and forklift maintenance. Collect and maintain records for daily foklifts and crane inspections.
8. Utilize the Claris preventative maintenance application to schedule and perform periodic audits and inspections.
