Job description
1. Assist the legal team for the daily work, including review/drafting of simple agreements, legal document translation, training material preparation;
2. Assist the legal team for the legal research and analysis, new law development monitoring and legal bulletin preparation etc;
3. Assist the legal team for the company registration document preparation and submission, consultation with relevant government authority;
4. Assist the legal team for legal document registration and filing, payment application processing;
5. Other tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
1. Personality: Efficient, diligent, attention to details.
2. Education: Major in law.
3. Skills: Good at office software, good legal knowledge, can use English as working language.
