Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Retail and Wholesale Operations Intern to join our team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing various aspects of retail and wholesale operations, providing a valuable opportunity for growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels for retail and wholesale products.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
- Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies as needed.
2. Order Fulfillment and Logistics:
- Support the order processing and fulfillment process for retail and wholesale customers.
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Work with logistics partners to optimize shipping costs and transit times.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain positive relationships with retail and wholesale clients, addressing their needs promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
4. Sales Support and Analysis:
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing performance metrics.
- Contribute insights to support sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Basic knowledge of retail and wholesale operations is preferred.
