**数据验证**:与原始文件或数据源进行比对，以确保录入数据的准确性和完整性。检查数据的逻辑一致性，如日期格式和数值范围。
**文档整理**:对与录入数据相关的纸质或电子文档进行分类和归档。建立便于查询和检索的数据文档管理系
