About the Material Operations Team:
Join the Material Operations Team: Our team owns the data management of Material Supplier (T2), Suppliers’ Subcontractors & Raw Material Suppliers (T2+1), optimizes reporting process and maintain data. And apply automation to share information to internal team and T2 supplier base in a safe way.
Key Objectives & Opportunity:
61 To create and optimize data management tool and process for T2 supplier base.
61 To learn how to work with team in different culture (China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Korea, ***).
61 To enhance data, communication and project management skill.
Key Responsibilities:
61 T2 and T2+1 supplier base data management and update.
61 Support in developing and maintaining T2 capability matrix.
61 Co-work with materials planning team in managing T2 capacity overview.
61 Assist implementation of processes & policies.
61 Manage survey and DocuSign for T2 supplier base.
61 Manage and track project status for all locations.
61 Organize team meeting, facilitate workshop, prepare and combine meeting deck.
Key Working Relationships:
61 Material Operation Team in different locations
61 Material Sourcing Team in different functions
61 Material planning team
61 T1 factories, and key T2 suppliers.
Requirement:
61 Student in progress of undergraduate or master degree program. Preferably major in Data Management and Business Management.
61 Strong in analytics skill, capable to work with massive data.
61 Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
61 Experienced in Power Automate is an advantage
61 Good interpersonal skill and collaborative mindset to work partnership across functions and locations.
61 Fluency in verbal and written communication I English, Mandarin. Cantonese or other languages is a plus.
61 At least 3 working days per week, 6 months service period
61 Readiness to start the internship in Jan 2025 with 6 months duration. 公司简要介绍：
