我们正在招聘B2B外贸业务员/中国制造平台运营专员，这是一个充满挑战与机遇的岗位。以下是我们对应聘者的基本要求及岗位相关信息：
【岗位职责】
1、负责海外市场开拓与销售工作，执行公司销售策略；
2、负责竞品数据调研，协助制定海外市场开发及推广计划，开发潜在资源；
3、负责B2B平台（中国制造）的日常维护及优化，及时跟进客户询盘；
4、充分运用社媒平台寻找目标客户，开发客户资源，建立合作关系；
5、跟进客户需求及维护客户关系，挖掘客户潜项目需求，促成新项目合作；
6、跟进客户合同履行情况，确保货款及时回收；

【任职要求】
1、本科学历，英语口语流利可作为工作语言，了解电机市场及行业动态优先;
2、3年以上B2B平台外贸业务经验，熟悉电机或相关行业渠道拓展及获客技巧；
3、自驱力强，具备较强的业务开拓能力和商务谈判经验，敏锐的市场洞察力，能够分析市场趋势，识别潜在客户和销售机会；
4、熟悉中国制造、环球资源、领英、推特等获客平台运营；
5、思维敏捷，务实，自驱力强，具备奋斗精神、团队协作精神。

Since its founding in 1997, CJC Motor Company has upheld an unwavering entrepreneurial spirit, continually expanding its capabilities and boundaries.
