Internal Audit Intern will provide support and assistance to auditors to document work papers and summarize assessment results. This includes review and testing internal controls in conjunction with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program.
Key Responsibilities:
61 Assist the SOX auditors with documenting and testing various business controls across global entities.
61 Perform walkthroughs and assess control design effectiveness.
61 Assist in planning, testing and reporting for related SOX processes.
61 Communicate with various process / control owners globally to complete testing.
61 Identify and document detailed audit observations (if any) and recommendations for improvement using independent judgment concerning the control being reviewed.
61 Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
61 Business major in accounting, finance or related business field.
61 Knowledge of accounting principles and reporting regulations.
61 Previous auditing experience is preferred, but not required.
61 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word / Excel / etc.)
61 Good writing and verbal communication skills in English.
61 Ability to work in a team environment.
61 Ability to be organized and prioritize tasks. 公司简要介绍：
