工作职责ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. 创建和更新作业指导书/工程文件用于样品和量产.
Create and update WI or engineering documents for FA build and mass production.
2. 反馈图纸问题,工艺问题,质量问题给到工程师和团队.
Feedback drawing issues, process problems, quality issues to Engineer and team.
3. 参于首件制作,工艺验证,材料验证.
Prototype build & Process verification & Material verification.
4. 跟踪样品制作和提供改善行动.
Follow up FA build and provide improvement actions.
5. 尊重他人, 对自己的安全和工作质量负责.
Respect others. Take responsibility for your safety and the quality of your work.
6. 保持对周围环境的意识. 立即报告不安全的条件,未遂事件,急救,和其它事件.恭敬的干预或报告不安全的行为(例如:有人没有正确佩戴个人防护用品).
Maintain awareness of your surroundings. Report unsafe conditions and near-miss, first-aid,
and other incidents immediately. Respectfully intervene or report unsafe behavior
(Example: someone not wearing proper PPE).
7. 对消除浪费和改善作业流程提出建设性意见,参与问题解决和改善活动.
Suggest ideas to eliminate waste and to improve work processes and procedures. Participate in problem solving and improvement activities.
8. 执行有关产品工程的其它相关安排.
Performs special assignments relative to Carlisle IT product engineering.
职位要求QUALIFICATIONS
1. 大专及以上学历或在读生,机械设计制造及其自动化或电子专业优先.
College degree or above, or current student, major in Mechanical design, manufacturing, and automation or electronics is preferred.
3. 有较强的动手能力和品质意识.
Have strong62practical62ability and quality consciousness.
3. 做事认真负责,勤奋工作,有上进心和团队精神,执行力强.
Work seriously, responsible, hard-working, self-motivated, and effective team player, have good execution.

CIT DG is located in the Xinhu Industrials Park, Dengwu village, Qiaotou Town, quite near to the Qiaotou Bus Station. It’s a modern facilities and convenient traffic factory.
