Application Engineer should work closely with Sales/FAE team, distributors, and customers to design solutions using RECH/ESPG/AAD products, including GPAK, AnalogPAK, HVPAK, ForgeFPGA, PowerPAK, etc.

61 Execute application support projects based on input from Sales/FAE Team, distributors and customers
61 Train Sales/FAE team, distributors and customers on value and use of CMIC products
61 Create designs to meet customer specifications and validate with lab bench tests.
61 Document solutions (eg. Schematics, Datasheets, Application Notes)
61 Support customers to debug issues (may need to go onsite).
61 Develop work–around solutions to overcome issues such as device errata.
61 Interface with Sales/FAE Teams, Product Marketing, Design Engineering, Test Engineering, Product Engineering and Quality Engineering as needed to overcome issues.

Qualifications :
University degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or similar. Bachelor/Masters level graduate or equivalent experience is desirable.
61 Knowledge in Analog, Mixed-signal, Digital circuit design, and PCB design/debug skills.
61 Results-oriented and able to deliver on-time under tight schedule pressure.
61 Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
61 Fluent written and verbal skills in English, as well as Chinese.
61 Mainly want smart and creative problem solver who can communicate well, enthusiasm, positive, good learning capacity are also important.
