岗位职责：
1. 严格执行对前台服务标准及工作机制的要求
2. 熟悉并了解客户接待与内部重要会议的全部流程与标准，并在流程与标准发生变更时，根据甲方或上级的培训，及时完成学习以
3. 根据远景提前布置接待或会议安排，提供现场接待服务，内容包括：
会前整理及活动场地或会议室布置、准备接待点心茶水和礼品；室内温度、房间清洁 、味道、绿植花艺、白板、白板笔和白板刷等；准备欢迎词、访客卡、茶水、水果、点心、纸笔 、席卡、桌花、礼品等；会议当天提供现场接待茶水、茶歇和餐饮服务，根据会议要求，按时为客人加水、上菜或添加水果点心等；外派支持在外部举办的会议活动，标准及要求如上；
4. 负责整理接待会议室、茶室、餐饮包间，保持整洁干净、设备完好、及时报修，确保场地每天随时具备接待能力，
5. 完成上级指派的其他任务

1.身高165以上，形象良好
