白和资本（Spathiphy Capital）招聘日常实习生（带转正名额）

白和 (Spathiphy Capital Management Limited)是2022年成立于香港的新锐美元对冲基金，持香港证监会第9类（提供资产管理）牌照。团队核心成员曾于高瓴、Tiger Global、Point 72、Two Sigma等一线机构工作。基金专注于以中国为核心的全球股票多空策略，致力于为国内外机构客户提供持续的超额回报。

招聘团队：投研团队

工作地点：灵活办公安排，香港办公室或在家办公

工作内容：行业数据及资料分析、项目执行等

招聘要求：

专业不限，优先对股票市场有基本了解以及有交易经验者、编程熟练者

每周能到岗三天以上（必须），优先考虑每周实习时间长者

希望实习期至少能满足3个月，优先考虑能长期实习者

While we welcome application from all background and experience levels. We have a preference for candidates that are able to work with us for 6 months or longer and 3 or more days a week (Total weekly working hours fluctuate along with the market but on average we expect 20 working hours a week). We have a flexible working arrangement and you have the option to perform most of the work remotely.

Imagine this is your first day of work as a research analyst, the portfolio manager emailed you that he is looking for one investment idea with potential to play out before end of 2024 related to either 1) commodities (other than gold)/petrochemi/chemicals or 2) non-Asia airline companies. The idea could be a single stock/etf, a long-short pair, a group of stocks, or derivatives (futures, options, etc.)

Requirements for the deliverable:

Response should be sent in PDF format, limited to 1 page only.

Can be written in Chinese or English.
