Qualifications and Skills：
1. College degree. Good command of English and ability of communicate with foreign colleagues for.
2. Preferable, but not essential, to have some engineering or science knowledge.
Responsibilities：
1. Handle the PR and payment procedure of facility department.
2. Support the facility department documents.
