【工作内容】
- 协助处理日常运营支持工作，包括数据录入、文档整理及维护等。
- 支持团队完成项目管理相关工作，如会议组织、进度跟踪及报告编制。
- 参与制定和完善内部操作流程，提升团队工作效率。
- 协助解决客户或团队成员提出的问题，确保问题得到及时有效的解决。
- 定期进行市场调研，收集相关信息以支持业务决策。
- 跟踪行业动态，为团队提供有价值的市场洞察。
- 参与跨部门协作项目，促进不同团队之间的沟通与合作。
【任职要求】
- 在校本科生或研究生，专业不限，但需对运营支持或相关领域有浓厚兴趣。
- 具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够流利地使用英文进行书面和口头交流。
- 熟练掌握Office办公软件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint），熟悉数据分析工具者优先考虑。
- 具备较强的组织协调能力和多任务处理能力，能够在快节奏环境中保持高效工作状态。
- 良好的沟通技巧和团队合作精神，乐于接受新事物，具有较强的学习意愿和适应能力。
- 对细节有高度敏感性，注重工作质量与效率。

Ltd. is a part as an operation platform of Bureau Veritas Industry and Facilities Division which is a business line of Bureau Veritas Group, the leading international group providing certification, conformity assessment, training and consulting services in the fields of Quality, Health, Safety, Environment and Social Accountability (QHSE&SA).
