How You’ll Make an Impact
Legal Research
Drafting and issuing standard legal documentation e.g., Non-Disclosure Agreements
Supporting the legal and compliance team on the “change of control” topic
Proof-reading and cross-checking documentations
Contract implementation queries
Other ad hoc tasks as required
What you bring
Have completed a Law degree or have successfully completed the Graduate Diploma in Law
Have good digital literacy including familiarity with Microsoft office applications
Have good spoken and written English
Have legal curiosity, innovation, initiative, and strong collaboration skills
