Tasks:
61 Work as part of the operation team support our daily business with regards to:
o Supporting operational team to develop strategic business plan.
o Assisting implementation of operational and financial restructuring and performance improvement plans.
o Conducting operational due diligence in M&A process.
o Assist in implementation of procurement initiatives (purchase prices, specifications, suppliers’ management, contracts, processes).
o Assist in cost optimization in other operational cost and admin cost.
o Supply Chain management (in-/outbound, production planning, warehouse management, disposition of material, ERP system, material flow, etc.), incl. inventory optimization.
o Improvement of manufacturing business processes (effectiveness, efficiency, throughput time).
o Implementation of adequate project management and project reporting.
Profile:
61 University students in related field.
61 Fluent English, one other European language (e.g. French, German)` is a plus.
61 Prior internship experience (e.g. in investment bank, consulting and PE) is a plus.
61 Proficiency with the MS-Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint), data management.
61 Quick learner, excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
61 At least 4 days (Mo-Th) a week.
