Support the daily work of office management like:
Office reception (greeting vicitors, ansering incoming calls,meeting room management….)
Handle office procurement / supplies / sundries;
Well maintain the green plants and office environment, Working meal order & account management;Door access & badge;
Support the company activities, such as Happy Friday,Birthday Party,Annual Dinner,etc.
Provides support to other team members in the team
Other general office support & business administration.

处理办公室采购/供应/杂物；
维护好绿化植物和办公环境；工作餐订购和账户管理；门禁和胸卡；
支持公司活动，如快乐星期五、生日派对、年度晚宴等；
为团队其他成员提供支持；
